How to order
Select the product and click "Add to Cart".
Press the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Please enter the necessary information such as your name, address, and phone number.
Select your payment method.
Confirm your order details and press the "Place Order" button.

You can place an order without creating an account.

About Build-to-Order
We will confirm the delivery date and contact you by email.
The order will be arranged after the order is confirmed.
Payment can only be made by bank transfer.
The order will be confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations after the order is confirmed cannot be accepted. Please transfer within 7 days after placing the order.
If we are unable to confirm your payment, we will cancel your order. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer. The product will be shipped after it arrives.

*For purchases of 5,000 yen or more (tax included) , shipping costs will be borne by us.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns due to customer's convenience are limited to new, unopened items.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note that the shipping costs for returns due to customer's convenience will be borne by the customer (prepaid).

In the case of the following returns, we will return the item to you COD
Dirty, damaged, or opened items
Items that have been delivered more than 7 days ago

Returns of back-ordered items cannot be accepted.

In case of initial defects or incorrect contents
please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will cover the shipping costs (cash on delivery).
We will ship the replacement product after receiving the product. Depending on the stock situation, it may take some time.

Regarding refunds
If you paid by credit card, we will cancel the payment.
We will cancel the payment after the returned product arrives.
Depending on the timing of the closing date, the cancellation may be shown on your statement. If this is the case, please contact your card company to be sure.

The transfer account must be in the name of the person placing the order.
Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
We will transfer the money within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
