Returns and Exchanges
For Orders within Japan
Returns due to customer convenience are limited to new, unopened items.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item.
If you wish to return a product for your own reasons, please pay the shipping costs yourself.
If we receive a return for any of the following reasons, we will return it to you cash on delivery.
Dirty, damaged, or opened items
Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
For back-ordered items, we cannot accept cancellations or returns after your order has been confirmed.
As a general rule, outlet items cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case of initial failure or incorrect contents
Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
Shipping costs will be borne by us (cash on delivery).
Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement item.
Depending on stock availability, it may take some time.
About refunds
If you paid by credit card, your order will be cancelled.
The credit card payment cancellation process will be carried out after the returned product arrives.
Depending on the timing of your closing date, this may be shown on your statement. If this is the case, please contact your card company to be sure.
In the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer, the amount will be transferred to your designated financial institution account.
The transfer account must be in the name of the person placing the order.
The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
We will transfer the money within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
