DF oxygen-free copper is made by adhering and solidifying molten copper around a copper bus bar with a clean surface in a vacuum, resulting in a conductor with a larger cross-sectional area. It is refined as oxygen-free copper. The adoption of DF oxygen-free copper provides a more lustrous tone and a sense of speed.
