Thoroughly high strength and low center of gravity
Audio insulators require high strength. If the strength is insufficient, the strength and sense of localization will be unstable, and you will not be able to experience the real pleasure. The SH series is made of extremely strong aluminum alloy, combined with industrial carbon steel. The spikes have a lower center of gravity, about 1/3 the height of the previous model, while maintaining strength, and achieve even higher sound quality.
High-quality materials carefully selected and carefully examined
The high-rigidity aluminum alloy used in the body is a custom-made product from a domestic material manufacturer. It is a wonderful material that has the same weight as aluminum, but the same strength as steel, extremely quick vibration propagation, and less feedback.
Contact area with even greater strength
The spikes and base contacts, which are subject to extremely high stress, are made of Japanese industrial grade carbon steel "S45C" cut from a round bar and subjected to a special hardening treatment. Heat treatment dramatically improves strength, contributing to strength.
High hardness surface treatment
A contact point closely related to vibration processing. The carbon steel of the contacts has been thoroughly hardened using HV700. The significantly higher hardness compared to conventional surface treatments contributes to improved edge feel and speed.
